華固總銷125億元的新店央北案「華固譽誠」,預計本周將開案,今日中午接待中心竟發生大火。火勢在住宅高樓聳立的重劃區蔓延,大量消防車集結,據圍觀群眾表示,「保全說有爆炸,屋頂垮了!」
該案預計明日公開,沒想到今日中午卻遭祝融。現場來了不少消防車及救護車,截至中午12點半,央北重劃區仍聽得到消防車鳴笛聲。
現場民眾表示,保全說有爆炸,屋頂垮了,要大家保持距離。不確定有無人員受傷,但有拿出擔架。一旁的別墅和住宅大樓整個都被籠罩在黑煙中,恐面臨損失賠償。
「華固譽誠」為華固首度揮軍新店央北的指標案,比預期推案時間2026年Q4,足足提早了1年開案。
根據本刊之前報導,華固知情人士透露,主要是配合合建地主譽誠興業希望盡早獲利了結,因此改在今年底前一鼓作氣推出,預計11月會公開,外傳開價每坪95~104萬元。
如今接待中心全毀,何時開案成未知數。
