近日一名在公司任職20多年的網友表示,他想30天前提離職,一次把29天特休全休光,這樣只要上一天班,不知是否會有問題。貼文曝光後,也有不少人給出建議。
原PO在論壇《Dcard》以「有29天特休。提離職預告30天。只要上班一天會有問題嗎?」為題發文,他在公司已失去基本的互相尊重,想說不如早點離開,他發問,「目前明年有29天特休。如果離職預告前30天。提離職第一天之後後面把特休請完,在雇主上會問題嗎?」
此文一出,不少網友紛紛留言「30天當中,有週休二日,週休二日不能請特休。最好是先休掉10天特休,再提離職,提完離職後再休剩餘19天特休。離職最大,直接連休」、「好像還要看你這29天特休是預支當年度的,還是前一年的,記得勞基法這兩種算法都合法,像我公司就是算預支當年度的」。
也有人分享,「我其實也有點算是這樣特休請完,離職證明請公司寄給我,然後也沒有填什麼離職單」、「你要留最後一天收東西」、但也有人勸原PO,「沒問題,不做最大,講不做的那刻起公司就不會管太多。但都有29天特休了,想必也任職了20幾年,還是要好好思考一下,踏入職場那麼久別意氣用事。」
