你也聽長輩說過「吃魚會變聰明」嗎?但是專家提醒,某些魚類或是部位可能藏有重金屬,並不是所有魚都對身體有益,甚至吃多還會傷身體!健康專家譚敦慈分享魚要怎麼吃、吃什麼魚,才能減少身體負擔,吃得安心又健康。

長庚醫院臨床毒物中心護理師譚敦慈表示,許多人以為自己釣的魚最天然、最安全,但事實上台灣港口與近海區域因船隻頻繁進出,容易累積廢油及工業廢水,使水質受到污染。她提醒,這些海域釣到的魚類可能含有較高的重金屬,建議選擇外海或水質較潔淨、無污染疑慮的海域垂釣,才能吃得更安心。

譚敦慈提到,魚類是優質蛋白,但海洋汙染使魚類容易累積重金屬,特別是位於食物鏈頂端的深海魚和大型魚,她強調,鮪魚、旗魚、油魚、鯊魚都要儘量避免食用。但是如鯖魚、秋刀魚、虱目魚等體型較小的魚類,重金屬含量較低,是相對安全的選擇。另外,譚敦慈還指出,魚頭、魚皮、魚內臟,是重金屬最容易累積的部位,尤其大型魚這3個部位,更應避免。
