開學兩週以來,不少學生仍在從暑假模式轉換到課業日常的過程中,出現頭痛、焦躁、賴床等不適狀況,這些都是常見的「收假症候群」。桃園市政府衛生局提醒,若情緒起伏過大或失眠影響日常生活,應及早尋求專業協助,避免壓力累積成心理健康隱憂。
市府心理衛生中心指出,學生常見的適應反應包括煩躁、憂鬱、懶散,以及頭痛、腸胃不適、失眠、疲累等身體狀況,甚至可能出現翹課、專注力差、人際退縮。臨床心理師提醒,這些焦慮多數會在一至兩週內逐漸改善,家長應以理解取代責備,協助孩子調整作息、適時討論課業壓力,並以陪伴與鼓勵支持孩子面對挑戰。

心理師建議,學生可透過規律睡眠、運動、設定小目標與表達感受等方式來調整心情,並利用腹式呼吸或與同儕分享舒緩不安情緒。衛生局提醒,如壓力過大,可撥打1925安心專線,或善用校園輔導及社區心理衛生中心資源;另衛福部「15-45歲青壯心理健康支持方案」也提供每年3次公費部分補助的心理諮商服務。市府呼籲,開學適應不是比賽,在家庭支持、師生互助與專業陪伴下,學生能逐步找到平衡,以健康心情迎接新學期。
