中秋節將近,柚子正大批上市,但「柚子不能配優酪乳或香蕉,否則會中毒」的謠言近日在網路上瘋傳,讓不少家長看了嚇得不敢給孩子碰這些食物。對此,食藥署澄清,市面上沒有任何水果和優酪乳或牛奶同食會產生毒性,傳言完全是錯誤訊息,對此台灣事實查核中心也將這個謠言列入「每週謠言 TOP10」,提醒大家別被嚇到。

林口長庚醫院營養師吳益銘針對謠言表示,柚子和香蕉、牛奶、優酪乳一起吃「不會中毒」,反而能補充膳食纖維、維他命C、鉀和鈣等營養。不過因為柚子纖維多,不容易消化,吃太多容易造成腹脹或腹瀉,他建議一天大約3到4瓣就好。另外,他也提醒,有在服用降血壓、降血脂、抗癲癇、鎮靜安眠、免疫抑制藥物的人要小心,因為柚子和葡萄柚一樣含有「呋喃香豆素」,會干擾藥物代謝,使藥效過強甚至引發副作用,這類民眾最好避免同時食用柚子或相關製品。

至於坊間另一個版本「柿子、香蕉、柚子配優酪乳都會中毒」,營養師高敏敏則解釋,這是從早期「柿子不能和優酪乳同食」的迷思延伸出來,但事實上沒有任何水果和優酪乳會產生毒性。真正需要注意的,是如果攝取過量,加上腸胃本身比較敏感,才可能出現消化不良或短暫不適。她進一步提醒,有6類人要特別小心:腎臟病患者避免鉀攝取過多、糖尿病患者要控制份量、胃食道逆流或消化道虛弱的人別空腹吃太多、手腳冰冷或減重者也要注意不要吃過量。尤其有在服藥的民眾,連柚子果汁、柚子醋等加工品都要避開,最好事先詢問醫師或藥師再享用。
